1. REGULATIONS ON ISSUING VAT INVOICES

• The shop would like to send to customers who want to issue invoices as follows:

• The shop supports issuing red invoices for orders over 100k.

• The prices on the website and software include VAT.

• The shop will issue red invoices with the total amount according to your order, but the content cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the item you purchased, we hope you understand.

• Time required to issue red invoices for orders purchased within the day.

• Please leave your information including contact phone number, tax code, company name that needs to issue red invoice and email. The COMPANY will send red invoice via email to you within 48 working hours (excluding holidays and holidays)

2. REGULATIONS ON BANKING TRANSFER:

If you transfer money to another bank, the shop will only confirm when the money is in the account. The shop CANNOT confirm via receipt

3. ONLINE AND OFFLINE PAYMENT METHODS:

The shop CANNOT apply the form of swiping cards when delivering, paying by POINTS, paying via Western Union as well as paying through the payment gateway on the website.

When customers buy at the store (OFFLINE), the shop accepts payment by all forms:</strong >

• Swipe the card, for wholesale customers when buying at the store, there is a fee 3% of the total payment value

• VND, foreign currency is USD (exchange rate according to Vietcombank)

• Payment via QR code

• Payment by points (with owner verification)

• Voucher if available
