Article 1: Concept

1.1 Buyer: Is the person who buys products on the website of Vinh Phat BN Trading and Service Co., Ltd. who is allowed to make a sales contract

1.2 Seller: Is the person who provides the products and is responsible for the products sold and uses the services according to the conditions stated in the sales contract

1.3 Completion of the transaction: When the buyer receives the product, check the goods to ensure.

1.4 Guaranteed payment and delivery service: After the goods are completed, our company will deliver the goods, after the customer receives and checks the goods, complete the payment for the order within 10 days.

Article 2: Rights and responsibilities of the Seller.

2.1 Legal transactions and honest sales:

a) All goods and services we provide are legal products.

b) Ensure the accuracy and honesty of information about the goods and services offered, especially the inventory status and prices. Party A commits to selling goods at the listed price, including taxes as prescribed by law.

2.2 Financial commitments:

a) When placing an order, the customer deposits the goods in advance (%) and the two parties will negotiate. After delivery and inspection of the completed order, the buyer must pay the remaining amount within 10 days.

b) Provide the buyer with clear and reasonable exchange/return and warranty policies, provide the customer with the content of those policies when requested and be responsible for notifying each time there is a change or update.

c) The listed selling price is the correct price. The buyer only pays the listed price and the seller only receives payment from the buyer at the listed value minus additional fees (if any) such as shipping fees, return fees and other fees.

2.3 Tracking and controlling transactions:

- If there are goods, the Seller confirms the availability of goods and delivers the goods or performs services to the buyer according to the quality and time limit committed in the description when posting for sale. At the same time, keep valid documents such as sales invoices, warehouse delivery notes, shipping company bills of lading, etc. for comparison when necessary.

2.4 Payment:
