Warranty policy

We perform warranty obligations for our products. However, the product must simultaneously ensure the following conditions to benefit from the return warranty policy:

• The product must be purchased at Vinh Phat BN Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (Proven through the invoice issued to you, or delivery note)

• When claiming warranty, the product must still be under warranty from the date of purchase or invoice date.

• Product errors are not errors caused by objective factors such as:

<> Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.)

<> Errors due to use, for example: Over temperature and pressure, failure to assemble and use according to the manufacturer's instructions, failure to maintain and repair according to regulations, etc.

<> Intentionally causing damage to the product such as: Disputes, sabotage of public property - company assets by intentional sabotage elements

• Product errors are due to manufacturer errors
